  1. Hey Thanks! That’s a good list to go by, all very important.
    I get the impression that many people don’t drink enough water to stay properly hydrated throughout the day.
    I eat a vegetarian diet, so I use protein supplementation, especially after working out. The one I use has vitamins, minerals, probiotics and more. So I get what you mean about “more beneficial than the food itself” I don’t rely on it too heavily though and try to keep a good mix of healthy fresh foods.
