    I do agree, no one would like to watch anyone just to dribble in place with just moves….though it does sound like an And1 game.
    Nevertheless, the moves that you do need to be effective and short, no showboating; coach would say.

    And I am very glad that the program incorporates defense somewhat. But do you recommend any more programs that are all about defense training or AT LEAST have some defense conditioning?
